Stop Eating Bread, ALL BREAD. Bread runs up a persons blood sugar faster than anything. Guess what else? Bread puts weight on you. If you take all bread out of your diet you will drop pounds. I know because it has worked for me.

OK,  I know it is hard to not eat  bread. All fast food comes with bread. Bread is put on the table at all nice restaurants.  Bread taste good especially with butter. Toast is great in the morning. Bread is one of the top sellers in the grocery store. Sliced bread was a great invention. BUT

Bread will kill you a little at the time. If you like your toes then stop eating bread.
